Job summary

Passion Dental Group is seeking a Regional Manager to lead clinic operations across a growing Canadian dental organization. Based in Calgary with regular travel to other locations, you will coach Clinic Managers, partner with clinical and support teams, and guide initiatives to improve patient experiences and performance.

You will play a pivotal role in leadership development, operational excellence, and building strong, supportive teams across the region, while embracing the company’s culture

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in the dental industry.
• Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation for strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient service.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Clinic Managers across the regional portfolio.
• Identify and develop future leaders and support talent planning.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and a culture of respect.
• Review clinic performance and operational metrics to drive goals.
• Partner with People Experience, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to implement best practices.
• Support clinics through growth, transitions, and new initiatives.

• Review clinic performance and key operational metrics

• Support clinics in achieving business goals and budgets

• Support change management and organizational initiatives

Partnership & Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with Doctors and clinic leadership teams

• Partner with People Experience, Marketing, Finance, and other Support Office teams

• Share best practices across clinics

• Support clinics through growth, transitions, and new initiatives

• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for clinic leaders

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in the dental industry.
