Job summary

Passion Dental Group in Barrie, ON is hiring a Clinic Manager to build and lead a new practice from day one. This role combines operational oversight with hands-on training, starting with 1–2 months at a sister clinic to immerse you in patient experience and workflows.

You will develop systems, recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage payroll, billing, and HR, and drive local marketing while ensuring financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental clinic management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams).
• Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems.

Role Details

• Position: Clinic Manager
• Location: Barrie, ON
• Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; schedule set with Regional Director)
• Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We’re building a bench of exceptional leaders to take ownership of our growing network of clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and excited by the challenge of scaling a new practice.

As part of our unique leadership philosophy, you’ll begin with hands‑on training at a sister clinic, including 1–2 months as a Dental Administrator, giving you a deep understanding of our patient experience and operations before stepping fully into leadership.
