Job Summary:

The Administrative Professional at Westmeadow Dental plays a critical role in the daily operations and overall success of the practice. This position involves managing and executing efficient schedules, maintaining effective patient communication, and ensuring seamless coordination of operational tasks to enhance the patient experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. They demonstrate exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. This role requires the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, including scheduling, collections, patient reactivation, and daily operations, while upholding health and safety standards.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Ability to follow and adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and compliance.
  • Knowledge or experience with patient management systems and processes, including reactivation strategies and insurance claims management.
  • Maintenance of valid CPR certification.
