Toothworks Fairview Park Dental in Canada is seeking a Dental Administrator to welcome patients, manage schedules, and handle billing and insurance tasks in a busy clinic located in Fairview Park Mall, Kitchener. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and proactive patient communication.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental administration experience and be proficient with dental software; a clinical background is considered an asset, contributing to smooth daily

We offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our patients, including general dentistry, oral surgery, Invisalign®, children’s services, cosmetic treatments, emergency care, and much more.
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday: 9:45am - 6:15pm (1hr break)
Tuesday: 10:45am - 7:15pm (1hr break)
Wednesday: 10:45am - 7:15pm (1hr break)
Friday: 10:45am - 7:15pm (1hr break)
Sunday: 8:45am - 5:15pm (1hr break)

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $24-$27/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
