Job summary

Canadian Dental Services Corp. is seeking a Practice Manager to lead busy dental offices across Edmonton. You will drive performance, manage staff, and align clinical delivery with business goals to deliver outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets for the practice(s).

• Monitor KPIs and patient satisfaction, drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead performance management with open communication.

What would you be accountable for?

• Achieve the annual revenue budget
• Re-activate our current patient base that have unscheduled hygiene
• Support ongoing management of pre-booking appts.
• Manage and maintain a staffing strategy that manages staff efficiency
• Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy by working with your team and external vendor.
• Increase our customer satisfaction and constantly measure our KPI’s
• Performance management with an open communication policy
• You will be accountable for being creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives creativity is a plus, we want to hear your ideas.

In terms of qualifications?

• Not going to lie this is a challenging role, so you will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a strongest team
• The dental field is highly regulated environment, so we are looking for someone with experience managing a dental or medical office.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration in related area or worked as Dentist in a busiest clinic
