SC Johnson in Canada seeks a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning to lead forecast inputs for a subset of our Canadian business. You will manage about 300 SKUs, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, and translate promotions, distribution changes, and history into actionable demand signals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and alignment with senior leadership. You’ll participate in S&OP steps, analyze forecast drivers, and support launches, obsolescence, and transitions,

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• +3 years of experience in demand planning, sales, and/or supply chain.
• CPG industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive action and influence decisions.
• Experience with planning tools such as SAP, APO, Kinaxis, SAS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review and adjust forecast.
• Contribute to S&OP process and reflect changes in short-term plans.
• Participate in Step 1 and 2 of S&OP with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze historical and future demand inputs and their impact on demand.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Review monthly demand sensing recommendations for forecast changes.
• Collaborate on launches, obsolescence and transitions to evaluate forecasts.
• Work with Sales on promotions and assess impact against history.
• Ensure demand plan details and risks/opportunities are documented.
