Electrolux Canada Corp is seeking a Demand Planner to manage the Canadian demand plan and align cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising and Marketing. You will develop a 24-month forward view at SKU level and collaborate with customers on promotions and inventory strategies.

Responsibilities include leading the monthly consensus forecast, integrating market trends, and supporting S&OP meetings to ensure forecast accuracy and service levels. Travel up to 30-40% may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field with 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with experience in statistical forecasting.
• Proficiency with SAS FAW/DDPO, Excel and Pivot Tables; forecasting certifications (IIF, IBF) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a forward looking (24 Months) aggregated demand plan at a SKU location level for Canada.
• Work with internal Sales, Merchandising and Marketing teams as well as our customers to ensure promotions and new initiatives are captured in the demand plan.
• Collaborate with customers on promotions and inventory management and communicate risk & opportunities to the internal organization as needed.
• Participate in the monthly consensus forecast alignment process while acting as an internal advocate for Canada.
• Evaluate and incorporate market trends in demand plan analysis where appropriate.
• Facilitate the cross-functional connectivity required within the monthly S&OP process meetings to gain alignment to the forecast.
• Work with finance to properly account for demand when building financials including Canadian progressives.
• Collaborate with Canadian replenishers and help set weeks of supply targets by SKU.
• Perform monthly root cause analysis to identify sources of controllable forecast error and mitigate in future forecasts.
• Review and publish monthly channel forecast and organizational demand plan metrics.
• Continuously improve demand plan accuracy and connectivity across the supply chain.
