Job summary

SC Johnson seeks a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning for Canada to own forecast accuracy across ~300 SKUs. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop, publish, and adjust demand plans, incorporating promotions, distributions, and market changes.

You will drive S&OP activities, analyze forecast drivers, and identify improvements to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency. A university degree and 3+ years in demand planning are required.

Qualifications

• University degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, sales or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review and adjust the forecast.
• Contribute to S&OE process to reflect changes and demand signals.
• Participate in S&OP steps with cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
• Analyze historical and future demand inputs and forecast impacts.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and forecast accuracy.
• Review monthly demand sensing recommendations for short-term changes.
• Collaborate on new product launches, obsolescence, and transitions.
• Work with Sales on promotions and assess impact against history.
• Share detailed demand plans with internal customers and partners.
• Conduct monthly root cause analyses on forecast errors.
