Job summary

Spin Master is seeking a Senior Demand Planner in Ontario to forecast product demand and drive the S&OP process across Retail, Marketing and Analytics. This 12-month fixed-term role requires building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners and delivering accurate, actionable demand insights.

You will lead forecast reviews, analyze POS data, manage risk, and push for continuous improvements in planning and inventory.

Qualifications

• Forecasting and supply chain experience in consumer products.
• Experience with S&OP processes and customer or supply planning.
• Advanced Excel and SAP/APO/IBP/BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Build intimate knowledge of the business and act as trusted advisor to Retail teams.
• Lead Demand Debrief reviews with cross-functional teams to deliver an unbiased demand view.
• Prepare and present consolidated information for Demand Consensus Reviews.
