Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team specializing in B2B SAAS for the fitness industry. This role will be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth for our small to mid-sized business clients in the fitness industry.

In this role, you’ll work across channels such as partners, nurture, affiliate, and email, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to craft campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in shaping the customer journey from awareness to activation.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and optimize strategies to drive high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, increase product adoption, and reduce cost per acquisition.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
  3. Maximize impact across channels through segmentation, experimentation, and data-driven adjustments.
  4. Use analytics and tracking tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless user experience from awareness to activation.
  6. Test and implement innovative growth opportunities outside traditional media to drive awareness and engagement.
  7. Build and optimize email campaigns, nurture flows, onboarding sequences, and retention programs.
  8. Oversee projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and objectives.
  9. Partner with Product Marketing to analyze customer data and improve campaign effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or demand generation
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CMS, and digital marketing topics

Additional Information

Salary range in Canada: $72,000 - $100,000 CAD annually, based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include bonuses and commissions.
