Job Description:

We seek a strategic, results-driven Head of Demand Generation to lead our team and accelerate growth across North America. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will build and develop a talented team, manage a budget, and execute integrated campaigns, ABM initiatives, digital marketing, website strategies, and in-person events. Your efforts will support our goal to grow the business 3x+ over 5 years, through new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs to boost awareness, pipeline, and revenue in the K-12 public education market
  • Create lead nurturing strategies aligned with school district purchasing cycles
  • Lead and grow a demand generation team, fostering innovation and accountability
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, ABM programs, digital efforts, website optimization, and industry events
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, FP&A, and Marketing teams for strategic alignment
  • Manage budget efficiently to maximize ROI and pipeline growth
  • Test and scale new channels and strategies, measuring success and optimizing efforts
  • Develop customer-centric acquisition and nurturing strategies for new and existing partners
  • Establish KPIs such as MQLs, SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and inform executive decisions
  • Manage KEV’s marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, for analytics and reporting
  • Optimize resource allocation to meet pipeline objectives

Requirements and Skills:

  • 8+ years in marketing and demand generation, with 3+ years leading B2B SaaS teams
  • Experience marketing or selling to education or government sectors preferred
  • Proven success in SaaS pipeline and revenue growth, especially in enterprise sales
  • Expertise in multi-channel campaigns, ABM, digital marketing, and events
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, intent data, social platforms, ABM tools
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with sales and account teams
  • Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement focus
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication skills across departments and leadership
