About you

You have a passion for solving complex problems and working on products used by millions of people. You’re able to extract key insights from research, guiding us in building the best product possible. You have a deep understanding of app development best practices, with a proven track record of success. Join us and you will work directly with our talented engineering team to push our product to new heights.

What you will do:

  1. Run and build multi-channel programs working with the Senior Manager to execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to grow our dealer network and increase share of wallet with our current dealer customer base.
  2. Be well versed in marketing strategies for the following channels: that includes a number of key channels like, inbound marketing, emails, webinars, events, digital advertising, sponsorships, and direct mail.
  3. Develop and implement demand generation campaigns and programs. Own campaigns from inception to launch.
  4. Develop hypotheses, experiments, A/B tests to increase inbound generated leads and pipeline.
  5. Build relationships with industry leaders and develop sponsorship programs that drive brand and product awareness.
  6. Work closely with product marketing and the dealer team to align efforts and drive revenue.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, associations, and other stakeholders.
  8. Work alongside the Sr. Manager to develop and execute strategy for lead acquisition and channel optimization.
  9. Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts. Make recommendations on areas to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
  10. Work closely with design to build out assets for dealer team to help drive Roomvo product usage.
  11. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of demand generation experience in a B2B Saas environment.
  2. Proven track record of successful management of multi-channel campaigns that contribute to the sales pipeline.
  3. Prior experience identifying and building out new channels to drive lead generation.
  4. Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Marketo.
  5. Experience with digital paid media platforms like: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
  6. Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  7. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
