Job summary

Paddle seeks a seasoned Director of Demand Generation to own and scale our global demand engine. You will report to the CMO and lead a cross-functional team across paid media, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, and web to fuel revenue in PLG and sales-led motions.

Collaborating with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and RevOps, you will drive full-funnel pipeline, experimentation, and data-driven optimization at scale while leveraging AI to gain execution edge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing leadership for B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning pipeline at Director level, across PLG and sales-led motions.
• Proven demand engine that delivers signups, PQLs, SQLs, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive global demand strategy across PLG and sales-led motions.
• Deliver full-funnel pipeline growth across paid media, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, and web.
• Build and scale repeatable demand programs for startup, scale-up, and mid-market/enterprise tiers.
• Develop ABM motions with 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and Web.
• Drive reporting, optimization, and attribution across the funnel.
