Job summary

The Sofa Delivery Company, part of the DFS group, is looking for a hands-on delivery team leader to guide a high-performing two-person delivery crew. You’ll support the Warehouse and Driving teams, ensure compliance and high service standards, and help deliver moments that matter for customers.

You’ll also recruit, onboard and train new colleagues, manage vehicle compliance and safety, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive culture across the operation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and leadership experience.
• Ability to manage a two-person delivery team.
• Experience in fast-paced, hands-on environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Warehouse and Driving teams while maintaining high service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver their best work.
• Ensure compliance for vehicles, trailers, and driver regulations.
