Job summary

CQ Search Group Ltd. in Ontario is seeking a hands-on people-leader to identify, coach, motivate and guide a team, and to hire, onboard, train and manage performance.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and talent development, with responsibilities in routing, scheduling, and inventory controls, while ensuring high engagement and strong results across operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in people leadership with coaching experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Deliver sell-ex plan behind labour, travel, and training
• Hiring, onboarding, training and performance managing direct reports
• Developing talent and providing visibility on high potential individuals
• Ensuring all employees have a safety mindset while working, responsible for safety incident follow-up and actions
• Dynamic routing and scheduling to ensure efficient processes are in place
• Managing inventory to ensure processes are in place when discrepancies arrive
• Held accountable for resolving all controls (inventory variances, ASN errors, PO errors, etc.)
• Hold accountability on Carton Returns
