Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management
• 5+ years leading sizable teams
• Deep knowledge of project/program mgmt in agency/digital environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary work streams

Responsibilities

• Own overall agency delivery, ensuring work is on brief, on time, on budget, and on point
• Lead, mentor, and grow the project management team
• Bridge Creative, Strategy, Account, Production and Finance to enable faster, better decisions
• Build, implement, and improve delivery processes from briefing to delivery
• Monitor delivery economics, forecasting, utilization, and project profitability
