Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a Delivery Director focused on Client Delivery to lead large, multi-workstream programs and strategic accounts. You will drive governance, executive reporting, and risk management while mentoring delivery leaders and shaping opportunities across clients.

You will apply Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, and hybrid approaches, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality, and forecasting. A growth mindset and commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Significant experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and leading strategic discussions.
• Proven success independently leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and portfolios.
• Strong expertise in program governance, delivery management, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience building and shaping sales pipelines and contributing to business development.
• Proven experience managing budgets, staffing, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid, and product-based delivery models.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and using AI-enabled delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large, complex multi-workstream programs with $10M+ value.
• Establish and lead governance, reporting, risk management, and decision frameworks.
• Advise executives and help clients navigate transformation initiatives.
• Monitor delivery performance across a portfolio of accounts and opportunities.
• Grow a healthy sales pipeline with account leaders to close new opportunities.
• Champion delivery best practices and reusable assets across engagements.
• Lead and mentor consultants and delivery leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, capability development, and knowledge sharing.
