• Adheres to standards for cold chain, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, and food handling.
• Takes orders for deli merchandise and prepares hot food items.
• Prepares deli items using utensils and roasters; fills side dishes for display.
• Prepares bakery items following thawing and baking guidelines for quality and appearance.
• Follows procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, pricing, and labeling.
