Job summary

You will assist with stocking, pricing, and fulfilling deli and bakery orders, including hot foods, rotisserie chicken, and side dishes, following strict food safety and cold-chain procedures.

The role requires attention to product rotation, shelf signage, and adherence to sell-by and expiration dates.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service
• Comfort with handling food products and basic safety rules

Responsibilities

• Zones the department to keep shelves, tables and bunkers organized and in correct location
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products
• Ensures merchandise is signed and priced accurately
• Adheres to cold chain standards, thermometer calibrations and temperature logging
• Takes orders for Deli merchandise and prepares hot food items
• Prepares deli and bakery items following standard thawing and baking guidelines
