Responsibilities

• Zones the department to organize product shelves, tables and bunkers.
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products.
• Ensures merchandise is signed and priced.
• Adheres to cold chain standards, thermometer calibrations and temperature records.
• Takes orders for Deli merchandise and prepares hot foods.
• Prepares deli and bakery items according to guidelines to ensure quality.
• Follows ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns and labeling procedures.
