Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to support client onboarding for Premier Construction Software. You will extract, cleanse, validate, map, and import data to ensure a smooth transition into the system.

Key duties include collaborating with Implementation, Support, and clients; analyzing legacy data; resolving data quality issues; and maintaining documentation and templates for ongoing migrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, software implementation, or a related role.
• Experience with spreadsheets, CSV files, databases, and data import/export processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand data relationships, field mapping, and transformation requirements.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Experience supporting SaaS, ERP, business, or construction software is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma preferred.

• Provide client guidance on data requirements, formatting, and readiness for migration.
