Jonas Software's Premier Division is seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist to support onboarding of clients to the Premier Construction Software platform. You will extract, cleanse, validate, map, and import client data to ensure a smooth transition into the system.

You will collaborate with Implementation, Support, and clients to understand data structures, timelines, and business needs; perform data validation, manage large data sets, and contribute to go-live activities while

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, software implementation, or a related role.
• Experience with spreadsheets, CSV files, databases, and data import/export processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand data relationships, field mapping, and transformation requirements.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Experience supporting SaaS, ERP, business, or construction software is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is considered an asset.
