Overview

Data Analytics Specialist — We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist with Marketing technology experience who will act as the bridge between our PPC / Performance Marketing team and technical development. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in marketing technology integrations, tracking, data flow optimization, and analytics. Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
  • Tracking & Integrations: Implement, maintain, and optimize Meta Conversion API, Google Ads conversion tracking, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, IronSource integrations, and other ad platforms.
  • Ensure proper event mapping and deduplication across pixels, SDKs, and server-to-server (S2S) integrations.
  • Lead integrations with AppsFlyer MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner), including iOS SKAN setup, Android attribution, and event postbacks.
  • Set up and maintain GA4 for advanced funnel tracking across apps and web.
  • Build, test, and maintain data pipelines to avoid attribution mismatches.
  • Data Flow & Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve data discrepancies between platforms (Meta, Google, AppsFlyer, PBI).
  • Implement fallback logic and ensure partial data handling (IP / User Agent, FBP, FBC, etc.) is in place.
  • Maintain universal parameter mapping (UTMs, Click IDs, etc.) across all campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain custom dashboards in Power BI (and other BI tools) tailored to PPC and acquisition teams.
  • Define KPIs, including Registrations, FTDs, LTV, ROAS, Cash-in, NGR.
  • Perform cohort analysis, retention analysis, and revenue attribution modeling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to deploy tracking solutions.
  • Collaborate with PPC managers to optimize campaigns based on accurate event data.
  • Support the Product & BI teams with structured data insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Technology Specialist, Data Analyst, or MarTech Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, AppsFlyer, Meta CAPI, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity Ads, IronSource.
  • Proficiency in event tracking, pixel setup, SDK integrations, and API connections.
  • Hands-on experience with server-to-server integrations and conversion event deduplication.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other BI platforms for dashboard creation.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python (or other scripting languages) for pixel / event customization.
  • Experience in iGaming industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between Marketing & Development teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Attribution modeling, LTV forecasting, and data-driven optimization.
  • Familiarity with GTM (Google Tag Manager) server-side setup.
