Job summary

CWD is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our Niagara Falls team. You will handle sales calls and leads, work with bulk customers, and provide pre/post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with hours 8:15am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional holidays and overtime. Join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a sales and customer support role.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter within a team environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls and follow-up on leads.
• Work with bulk customers to increase sales.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide pre/post-sale customer support.
• Improve customer reviews through feedback and engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights for process improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
