Waste Solutions Canada is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our Sales team. The role focuses on delivering first-class support to clients and vendors across channels, while coordinating services and updating CRM records.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer care, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work Tue to Sat shifts and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Care or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Proven ability to problem solve and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Ability to strengthen client relationships through ongoing client interactions.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client and vendor inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding services and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients and vendors.
• Update schedules, services and other information in CRM as acquired.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
