Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks in Canada is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide technical support and services to customers, collaborate with the Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones, and educate customers on product benefits. You will also process orders, prepare quotations, and assist with warehouse, shipping, and administrative duties.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1+ year wholesale distribution experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and services to customers.
• Work with Outside Sales team to grow existing customers and create new ones.
• Educate customers about features and benefits of our services and products.
• Process customer orders, including order data entry.
• Prepare quotations, bids, and letters.
• Assist in the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and other administrative duties.
• Assist with general sales and marketing initiatives as required.
