Job summary

White Cap is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide exceptional service, process orders, and contribute to sales generation at our Niagara Falls location. You will greet customers, respond to requests via phone, email or in person, and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will upsell, restock shelves, pull and enter orders, assist with showroom upkeep, and occasionally drive a delivery van to pick up or deliver stock.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and promote promotions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, email or fax.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information.
• Restock shelves, arrange stock and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Deliver materials as needed using the delivery van.
