As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure client success and satisfaction by building long-term relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning our services with their business objectives. You will report to a Customer Success Team Lead and collaborate with executive leadership, Sales, Partnerships, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams. This is a fully remote role based in Canada.
