Job description

PlanHub is a pre-construction bidding marketplace helping general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers connect and grow their businesses. Built with tradesmen in mind, PlanHub is designed around the user workflow to help boost productivity, maintain deadlines, increase revenue, and create relationships for general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Easily post projects or submit bids with anytime-anywhere collaboration for every commercial construction trade.

We are looking for a driven and strategic customer success manager to focus on upselling and expanding revenue within an existing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and driving adoption of additional products or services. Your ability to understand client needs, deliver value-based solutions, and act as a trusted advisor will be key to your success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Increase revenue by leading and executing the upsell strategy for existing customers, expanding their use of additional products and services.
  • Proactively own and manage a book of accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive retention and growth. Identify and cultivate a consistent pipeline of upsell opportunities through strategic outreach, cross-functional collaboration, and tailored engagement strategies
  • Help shape the long-term expansion strategy, establishing scalable processes for the upsell function.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Gather and relay feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Continuously identify ways to optimize tools, workflows, and sales strategies for greater efficiency and impact.

What you will need to be successful:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in expanding existing accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
