Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, logistics, or related business roles.
• Internship or early-career experience in a B2B or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong desire to learn customer success and contract logistics fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned customer accounts through regular communication and follow-up on service-related requests.
• Assist with tracking customer issues and resolutions with Operations and Customer Success teams.
• Help prepare materials for customer meetings and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer and contract data, including service scope and milestones.
• Support renewals, amendments, and service changes with documentation and approvals.
• Track account activity and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Collect service performance data and basic account metrics.
• Prepare reports related to service levels, volumes, and performance.
• Flag potential service issues to the Supervisor for review.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other teams to support customer needs.
• Learn and follow established customer success processes and best practices.
