Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Halton Hills, Ontario to provide general clerical support and maintain inventory data while generating reports for management and customers.

Ideal candidates will have a College Diploma in logistics, fluency in English, and experience with RFID systems, IMFirst, and IMPULSE. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• College Diploma in logistics or transportation preferred.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with RFID scanning systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support to assigned departments.
• Maintain inventory database and data entry tasks.
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports for management and customers.
• Assist with material handling and order assembly.
• Collaborate with Logistics Coordinators to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
