Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (asset).
• Strong MS Excel skills required.
• Accounting background an asset.
• Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid communication abilities.
• Ability to deal with multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously.
• JIT third party logistics an asset.
• Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with multiple demands.
• Good attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track data related to shipment and receiving of customer inventory.
• Create daily/weekly reports for customers and employer.
• Work on all aspects of the Reverse Logistics portion of the business.
• Direct communication with the customer.
• Assist in on-the-job training as directed by Management.
• Record keeping, logbook updates, and completing computer entries and checklists.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure safety and emergency awareness and requirements are completed.
• Participate in start-up activities with cross functional teams.
• Support Lean practices, teamwork and quality initiatives in all areas.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks following defined processes and procedures.
