Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation's Roof and Wall Insulation division seeks a Customer Service Specialist to act as a liaison between internal and external customers and advocate a quality customer experience. The role manages accounts, promotes products, communicates pricing, responds to requests, and handles orders from placement through shipment and billing.

• Four-year college degree preferred or four years’ experience in customer accounts management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts, communicates pricing, responds to requests, resolves complaints.
• Handles orders from placement through shipment and billing, monitors backorders.
• Informs management of changes in lead times or production issues affecting service.
• Verifies pricing on orders to minimize billing adjustments and supports quoted projects.
