Harbinger Network Inc. in Woodbridge, ON seeks an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Personal Lines to grow and service a $2M book of business. You will work closely with Producers, handling renewals, endorsements, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires a RIBO license, Applied Epic expertise, and a track record of delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced brokerage. In-office environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

Our client, a growing, reputable insurance brokerage located in Woodbridge, ON, is looking for motivated and personable Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to grow your hands‑on experience in personal insurance, develop client relationships, and work alongside award winning brokers who are committed to helping you succeed. You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day servicing and growth of a $2M book of business (approximately) working hand in hand with Sales Executives (Producers), ensuring timely and accurate service and support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a RIBO licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Customer Service Advisor (CSA) within an Ontario insurance brokerage.
• Mastery of Applied Epic, minimum 3 years of experience.
• Licensing: Active Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in good standing is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
