Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Personal Lines Sales Representatives to support an insurance brokerage client in the GTA. The role partners with Account Managers to educate clients on personal insurance products, provide tailored coverage recommendations, and follow up on leads.

The ideal candidate will generate new business by closing sales and developing relationships, while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Valid RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario).
• 2–3 years of insurance sales experience.
• Proven ability to demonstrate sales skills and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on personal insurance products and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
• Follow up on leads, conduct policy reviews, and maintain consistent client communication.
• Generate new business by closing sales opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Work with Account Managers and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Onsite 5x per week in GTA offices.

The Personal Lines Sales Representative partners with Account Managers to provide efficient and supportive services to clients. This includes educating clients on personal insurance products, providing tailored coverage recommendations based on individual needs and risk profiles, and following up on leads, conducting policy reviews, and maintaining consistent communication with clients.

This is a business development role. The qualified candidate will need to generate new business by closing sales opportunities, and developing relationships with prospective clients; while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Valid RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
• 2-3 years of insurance sales
• Proven ability to demonstrate sales-skill (achieving revenue targets)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Onsite 5x each week in one of the GTA offices

Compensation:

$50,000 to $60,000
