Job summary

RDA Insurance in Vaughan is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with the team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR and holds a RIBO or OTL license for at least 3 years+.

You will work in a fast-paced, energetic insurance brokerage environment. Responsibilities include strong service, relationship-building, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license is required.
• OTL license with willingness to convert to RIBO.
• University degree or college diploma required.
• CAIB/CPIB/CIP designation or working toward it is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in Personal Lines with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service and assist clients.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and support brokers.
• Proficient use of EPIC, portals and Microsoft Office.

About the Company

We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and we are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team.

About the Role

If you have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, RIBO or OTL licensed for at least 3 years+ and have a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic and positive environment.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate must have strong work ethic and organization skills, be a team player have ability to work in a fast-paced insurance brokerage.
• Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.

Qualifications

• RIBO license (active)
• OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO)
• University Degree or College Diploma
• CAIB, CPIB or CIP designation (or working toward it) would be nice to have
