Job summary

Mowen Insurance Brokers, operating as a Division of Oracle RMS, is hiring a Technical Service Representative (TSR) to support Commercial and Personal Lines. This hybrid role offers 2 in-office days weekly in Woodbridge, ON, with a salary of $42,000–$48,000 per year and a required RIBO license.

You will process policy documents, support Account Managers, and provide technical and administrative assistance to ensure accurate client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RIBO license is required.
• Experience as Technical Service Representative (TSR) in an insurance brokerage environment.
• Experience with Commercial and Personal Lines insurance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policies, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process policy documents including letters, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes.
• Support Account Managers with administrative and technical tasks to maintain exceptional client service.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information.
• Provide technical and administrative support for Commercial and Personal Lines accounts.
• Process client requests and ensure they are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist Account Managers and Producers with day-to-day servicing requirements.
• Support other administrative and operational tasks as required.
