Job summary

The Landline Company is hiring a part-time Customer Service Agent to assist with passenger check-in and boarding at the Niagara District Airport. You will greet customers, answer questions, enter reservations data, and maintain passenger records while adapting to night, weekend and holiday shifts.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. We offer paid time off and flight benefit privileges with partner airlines as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with an Airline Passenger Service System is preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about services.
• Assist customers with the boarding process.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Enter passenger information into reservation systems.
• Document and update customer records.
• Load and unload baggage from vehicles and carousels.
• Develop knowledge of Landline’s products and services.

The Role:

We’re seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent to join our Niagara team! You will be responsible for assisting with passenger check-in and boarding at the Niagara District Airport.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide information about our services
• Assist customers with the boarding process
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Enter passenger information into reservations systems
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Load and remove customer baggage from Landline vehicles and baggage carousels
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Landline’s products and services
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience working with an Airline Passenger Service System is preferred
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to learn new systems and be flexible in tough situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personal transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Criminal reference check required. Must have the ability to obtain airport security clearances as needed.
