Job summary

Tracti.on in Canada is seeking a customer-focused HR support agent to be the first point of contact for team members across the country. You will answer questions, provide guidance, and help resolve inquiries with speed and care.

Working with ServiceNow and other tools, you will collaborate with HR and operations to deliver fast, accurate assistance and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a call center).
• Ability to manage multiple systems, emails, and phone calls simultaneously.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, across Canada.
