Job summary

Tracti.on is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Human Resources on a 1-year contract. You will be the first point of contact for employees across Canada, handling HR inquiries with a focus on fast, friendly service.

Proficiency in French and English is required to collaborate with colleagues and clients nationwide. You will respond to inquiries via phone or ServiceNow, determine actions, and escalate complex cases to Level 2 as needed, while providing clear HR policy information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a call center).
• Ability to manage multiple systems, emails, and phone calls simultaneously.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, across Canada.

Customer service representative Human Resources (Contract 1 year)

You will be the first point of contact for all of our team members across Canada, answering their questions and supporting them on a variety of human resources-related topics. You will help create an exceptional employee experience by building strong relationships and providing fast, accurate, and friendly service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Respond to employee inquiries via phone or by our ticketing system ServiceNow, providing fast, courteous, and efficient service;
• Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, determine the necessary actions to resolve them, and escalate complex situations to Level 2 technicians;
• Provide clear and accurate information about HR policies, procedures, and processes.

This is a temporary 1 year contract.

Requirements
