Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at the Milton, ON location. You’ll build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service using our world-class technology.

This full-time role requires bilingual English and French proficiency, processing orders, answering product and shipping questions, and supporting customers by phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Pay from $35 to $40 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
