Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French) for our Toronto Branch. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service on-site in Milton, ON.

This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM–6 PM, with a pay range of CAD 35–40 per hour and opportunities for growth. Strong English and French fluency, excellent communication, and customer service orientation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided.
• Bilingual (English / French) fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
