Job summary

Uline in Milton, ON is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support English and French speaking customers. You will handle orders, provide product information and resolve inquiries with confidence using our world-class tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
