The position requires coordinating with vendors, validating pricing, updating customer accounts, and tracking service calls to ensure smooth operations.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers via phone, fax, and email for order preparation.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints; complete incident reports and corrective actions.
• Process and close return product logs and monitor back orders.
• Work with vendors to process purchase orders and fulfill inventory shortages.
• Confirm pricing on inventory purchased for valuation.
• Review back order reports and process orders upon receipt of inventory.
• Post inventory upon receipt of goods and maintain customer accounts.
• Monitor and complete customer service calls to ensure satisfaction.

Well established corporation located on the border of Vaughan and Concord seeks a candidate that could juggle a variety of duties.

• Daily interaction with customer via phone, fax, and email for order preparation
• Handle and resolve customer complaints – completion of incident reports and preventative and corrections action as applicable
• Processing and closing of return product log
• Working with vendors to process purchase orders to fulfill incomplete orders and inventory shortage
• Confirmation of pricing on inventory purchased for inventory valuation
• Review of back order report and processing of any orders based on receipt of inventory
• Posting of inventory based on receipt of goods
• Manage Customer Accounts and continually updated detailed customer listing
• Monitor and completion of customer service calls
