Job summary

SCN Industrial Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Montreal, Canada.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers, processing quotes, processing orders, and providing product information to meet business needs. You will collaborate with outside sales managers to drive sales, upsell promotions where appropriate, and ensure timely communication about product availability and order progress.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a customer service role.
• Post-secondary diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience working independently in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry.
• Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.

As a CSR you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Process incoming quote requests.
• Process orders.
• Provide technical information as required.
• Offer solutions to clients’ business needs.
• Upsell promotions that may affect theirs orders.
• Communicate on the availability of products and progress of existing orders.
• Partner with outside sales managers to help drive sales and improve customer service.
