Bilingual Source is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, French Required, to join the Canadian team in a hybrid work environment.

The role offers a stable salary of $56,000 CAD annually with a quarterly bonus opportunity, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and comprehensive benefits after start. Training lasts 4–6 weeks before transitioning to hybrid work with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will become a trusted resource for customers by providing professional, friendly, and efficient support. You will assist customers with product information, order management, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution while working with multiple product lines in a collaborative team environment.

Following a comprehensive 4 to 6 week training program, you will transition into a hybrid work schedule that supports both collaboration and flexibility.
