Job summary

McDougall Energy is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative at the Bruce Street Circle K location in Sault Ste Marie, ON.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this role involves delivering prompt, courteous service, handling cashier duties, maintaining a clean store, enforcing age verification for tobacco, lottery and alcohol, and contributing to a positive, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or working towards completion.
• Smart Serve Certification an asset.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and customer service focused.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
• Previous experience in customer service/retail preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends and holidays.
