A leading building supplies company in Ottawa, Canada is seeking a customer service representative to provide high-quality service, manage orders, and control inventory. The ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, financial transactions, and supporting clients with after-sales service. THE RATE OF PAY IS $21-$23/HOUR PLUS BONUS AND BENEFITS
The function of this position is to provide customers with high quality service and identify material required to complete customer orders. The incumbent will maintain an organized office, control inventory flow, both incoming and outgoing. They will manage existing customer accounts and prospect new customers with the goal of selling Royal Building Solutions products.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.
