Fuze Logistics Services Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Mississauga team, focused on delivering proactive support for freight movements, service capabilities, and customer inquiries.

You will input work orders, coordinate with dispatch, track shipment status, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction. The role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 1 year of transport customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and local geographical knowledge.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and insights on service offerings.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga!

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers on service capabilities, work order input, coordination with dispatch and to provide information on shipment status.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides excellent customer service and insights on service offerings.
• Handles customers requests efficiently and timely.
• Opens customer accounts and updating information when necessary.
