Techtronic Industries Inc. in Georgina, ON, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver top-tier service at our Milwaukee®–branded location. The role is full-time and permanent, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7am to 3:30pm.

You will engage customers, manage orders, handle returns and repairs, and maintain showroom standards. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Outgoing personality with good end-user engagement and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to handle standard software in a retail setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Description

Reporting to the Supervisor – Order Entry/Shipping, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all customers both internally and externally.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

• Perform counter procedures including answering phones, placing orders, logging in tools, complete inventory counts, and assisting walk-in customer traffic.

• Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with inventories as required.

• Prioritize in-branch repairs.

• Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements.

• Showroom merchandising and stock replenishment.

• Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge.

What You Will Bring:

• Must possess effective business communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills.

• Outgoing – excels in end-user engagement and conflict resolutions.

• Strong computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.

• Team-oriented and be capable of working independently.

• Experience with electric tools is a strong asset.

• High school diploma.
